Oggi, 13 maggio, nell’ambito del progetto di stage organizzato da Promoimpresa (ente di formazione e progettazione europea con sede a Mantova) grazie al programma comunitario Erasmus+, con la fondamentale collaborazione della professoressa e Vicepresidente Francesca Malagutti, abbiamo accolto per una visita presso la nostra sede sette studenti finlandesi del Brahe Vocational College insieme ai loro due insegnanti.
Il Brahe Vocational College (https://www.brahe.fi/english) – Koulutuskeskus Brahe in lingua finlandese – è una scuola superiore multidisciplinare con sede nelle città di Raahe, Ruukki e Oulu, nel centro della Finlandia, alle porte della Lapponia. La scuola fornisce ai suoi allievi una formazione specialistica in diversi ambiti (professioni nell’ambito della tecnologia, della progettazione e del design, delle arti grafiche, dell’industria creativa e dei media, settore terziario, dei servizi, ambientale, di cura della flora, della fauna e degli animali).
Li abbiamo accompagnati a conoscere l’opera di accoglienza e assistenza che portiamo avanti nella Comunità Minori “Costanza F. Giancola” verso minori maltrattati, abusati, senza riferimenti, con handicap e patologie, madri con figli e donne vittime di violenza in stato di necessità.
Intrecciando i temi dell’arte e del restauro, abbiamo presentato loro le nostre iniziative per la Promozione dei Diritti dei Minori del network Diritti a Colori. Fondazione Malagutti organizza con il Network Diritti a Colori l’Esposizione Internazionale Arti Figurative.
Gli studenti hanno avuto possibilità di visionare i progetti di recupero e di restauro dell’edificio, datato 1928, ora sede della Fondazione; in particolare, si è dato risalto al trentennale sforzo di miglioramento estetico interno ed esterno dell’immobile al fine di rispettare le origini tardo-Liberty.
La visita è stata particolarmente gradita e gli studenti hanno apprezzato la cura degli arredamenti e le opere artistiche introdotte a supporto dell’azione educativa che ha più efficacia nutrendosi di Bellezza.
Today, 13 May, in the context of the training project organised by Promoimpresa (training and europlanning organisation based in Mantua), thanks to the Erasmus+ European Program, with the fundamental collaboration of professor and Vice president Francesca Malagutti, we welcomed for a visit at our headquarters seven Finnish students from the Brahe Vocational College together with their two teachers.
Brahe Vocational College (https://www.brahe.fi/english) – Koulutuskeskus Brahe in Finnish language – is a multidisciplinary secondary school for teenagers and adults located in the cities of Raahe, Ruukki and Oulu, in the centre of Finland, at the door of Lapland. The school offers its students a specialized education in various fields (technology, design, graphic arts, creative and media industry, tertiary and service sector, environmental, flora, fauna and animal care careers).
We accompanied them through a path of knowledge about our social mission of sheltering and taking care of underage people who are mistreated, abused, lacking references, with illnesses and handicaps; mothers with children and women victims of violence who are in state of need.
Interweaving the topics of art and renovation, we presented them our initiatives to promote Children’s Rights with the Diritti a Colori network. Fondazione Malagutti sets up indeed the International Figurative Arts Exhibition with the Diritti a Colori network.
The students had the chance to look at the recuperation and restoration projects of the building, dating to 1928, in which Fondazione has its headquarters; in particular, we underlined our 30-years effort to improve aesthetically the interiors and exteriors of the structure with the purpose of respecting its late-Art Nouveau style.
The visit was especially pleasing. The students appreciated the attention we provided to the furniture pieces and the artworks which support our educational action, which is more effective when it is nourished by Beauty.
